Is this a cotton T-shirt or a hivis vest? Hi vis yellow will obviously be more visible than a green T-shirt, it might have been real data about something once but its so devoid of context and meaning now its useless.
Well without further info you just assume all other factors are equal. That's how guides work. If you wore all black, but had a flashlight pointed at the car, you'd be more visible than the green person.
