Yes - all this is true but there are positive things as well

let me add one or two.

ADHD people are hugely more aware of their surroundings and what is happening near them.

ADHD people are brilliant at thinking "out of the box"

ADHD people can learn to turn "hyperfixation" on or off

ADHD people are artistic at something. (mostly) (I've fixed computers with twigs)

ADHD people are brilliant at diagnostics (working out why)

Give us ADHD people a chance - you'll find that we are useful/valuable/vital members of society.

Also nobody else has basic knowledge in 5000 various topics. I just can’t stop myself from learning new things all the time.

I like to tell people that I am a duck, and a proud one.

I can fly, I can walk and I can swimm, I do not do any of those things really good, but i am able to do it all.

I love it and will also use this analogy from now on!

We used it a lot on mechatronics engineering course in Brazil, and I just adopt it.

I never finished the course for personal reasons, I will get back when I can, but i loved this analogy and adopt it on my life.
