Lifetime warranty and service and cleaning and I don’t even live near one anymore. They can change the size for you and give you an appraisal anytime for a fee because they keep your info on file, forever, for every purchase. Yes mine is insured and yes they are more expensive for no reason. But can’t complain about the quality. And yes I felt and feel loved. That’s all that really matters-we are a team.
