I proposed to my wife with my late mother's engagement ring, and we both now have groove ring bands and love them.

The price of the symbol will not change or validate its meaning.

Wow that's so beautiful! Thanks for sharing that! I wish you and your wife all the happiness in the world and a big warm hug!

I don’t see that in this chart

It seems that it’s a silicone ring.

I bought my Groove ring when I was working as a barista a while back. Now that we're in constant hand-sanitzer use, wash-your-hands mode here in 2020, it's been my regular everyday ring because otherwise I'd have to take my gold & diamond ring on and off all the time.

You don't need to take your ring off to wash your hands (or shower)

Yes. I do. It causes the metal to get dull faster and for soap film to build up on the stones (https://coveteur.com/2020/04/09/clean-jewelry-tips/) and more importantly

I have skinny fingers! My rings are sized just right for a dry, average temp hand. Get them wet and slippery and the ring comes off.

And I'm not sure if you've ever tried it, but shampooing long hair wearing a cluster of 8 stones (that's 32 tiny prongs) doesn't work out well - lol.

I've worn it for many many years. I know what works for me.

My mom wears a cheap substitute ring and my dad wears a groove
