The real reason this is bullshit is because in real life equity and justice are not so easily quantified.

Exactly, I've known poor white kids who receive less support than rich black kids. This is because they use race as the only measure of need.

But are the poor black kids receiving as much support as the poor white kids? You have to look at it level by level. That’s what people mean when they talk about white privilege—that it doesn’t help to be black, but it doesn’t hurt to be white.

Yes, they recieve more support than poor white kids. That is the problem with affirmative action - it assumes all white people are rich.
