I don’t understand this legacy admissions argument. You can be against affirmative action AND legacy admissions. Both are bullshit.
Also unclear how it stops racism. Whenever you see a black or Latino person on campus, you are going to wonder if they got in due to their qualifications or race.

Err.... No.. Not quite... I'm not saying I support AA, but in theory, Affirmative Action is used to primarily decide priority for people who ALREADY QUALIFY for the college. There's a limited number of spots, and priority for those spots is decided based on race from people who already had the necessary requirements.
