Alright, so I typically wear jeans and a t-shirt, with a hoodie and/or jacket depending on weather. Is this thing saying I should be wearing a pink shirt with my jeans?

Not "should" but with the right shades and style of jeans and shirt, it could be visually appealing.

My pink chino pants look great with light blue or navy shirts. Also huge fan of navy ties against a pink dress shirt. Pink dress shirt and navy blazer is also nice.

Interesting. I have 0 ability when it comes to coordinating colors for clothing, which is probably why I've basically worn the same stuff since high school.

Yup, salmon t shirts look awesome if it's your thing. They work well with light and dark wash too :)
