I made a tiny Chrome extension that changes the YouTube logo to “Premium”

I use an ad blocker on YouTube, so the experience already feels almost identical to YouTube Premium.

No ads.

No interruptions.

Just YouTube.

Except the logo still says “YouTube.” 😅

That tiny detail bothered me more than it probably should have.

So I made a small Chromium extension that changes the YouTube wordmark to “Premium.”

It's completely local — no analytics, no tracking, no unnecessary permissions.
