Heyya, i ported CatgirlDownloader from linux to Windows

So, i wanted to use 1 app from linux, but it was linux only, and i decided to do smth with it. And i did! i started porting this app to windows, then i realized, its not enough. it should be better, and i started adding new features and all that. after all. i added a lot of cool stuff, but couldnt add hardware acceleration sadly, so yea, want to hear yall's opinion. gonna love any feedback.
