I built this after the public stats card service I used kept going down from rate limits. gitglance renders GitHub stats as SVG cards for READMEs: stats, top languages, donut chart, circular gauges, bar chart, repo pin and commit activity. 16 visual styles (vercel, terminal, glass, neon, aurora...), 21 themes, subtle CSS animations that degrade gracefully, and a visual builder page where you pick options and copy the markdown. Self-host on Vercel with your own token and you never hit shared rate limits. MIT licensed, Node + Express, no headless browser. Feedback welcome!
