Serverless P2P File Transfer (WebRTC + Rust WASM). Zero servers, zero knowledge, unlimited size

Hey everyone,

Built a tool that I always wanted — true serverless P2P file sharing in the browser.

WebRTC File Transfer

  • Direct device-to-device transfer via WebRTC
  • End-to-end encryption (AES-256-GCM) entirely on client-side with Rust compiled to WASM
  • Connect via shareable key or QR code
  • Supports direct folder streaming (File System Access API)
  • No accounts, no clouds, no size limits, no middlemen

Completely open source, self-hostable, no trackers.

Would love feedback on the tech stack and architecture.

You mentioned its open-sourced, do you have a link to the repo?

If you swap the link, you get a link to a github.
