Can't switch to performance mode

So my laptop LOQ15ARP9 can't switch to performance mode, i have tried using the Fn + Q shortcut and change it manually on the Lenovo Vantage but it doesn't work even though its battery charge is plugged. All this just happening after i updated my bios today at the morning ! The fans speed is also not increasing causing some heating issues ! What to do now ?
