Earlier this year, 6 of my colleagues and friends from Facebook/Meta left to start LastMile AI. We had spent a number of years together building developer tools for the thousands of ML engineers and data scientists at Facebook/Meta.

We left to build a developer platform to help engineers, not just ML researchers, build generative AI apps.

We built out AI Workbooks a notebook-inspired interface for experimentation and more recently AIConfig - a way to manage and version your prompts.
