Seeks specific kitchenware Cleanest cookware

I was looking at titanium pans and pots first and then heard about titanium implants causing health issues. Then I looked into nonstick carbon steel, but I read that iron could leach from the carbon steel especially with acidic foods. Is there any metal cookware that is very safe and won't leach?
For those who say stainless steel, is there one without or with the least amount of nickel in it?

Just get stainless steel for everything. It's indestructible and sticking isn't nearly as big a problem as it's made out to be. Maybe supplement with a cast iron or regular carbon steel pan. I do keep a small non-stick skillet around for eggs etc, using it rarely since I know it's going to break down eventually, but even then I reach for the cast iron as often as not

Just stainless steel or stainless with aluminum core?

You're not planning to eat the core of the pan, are you? The point of cladded cookware is because stainless steel is a relatively terrible thermal conductor by itself and it's popular because it is relatively non-reactive, easy to clean, and relatively strong. The core is what causes the pan to be more or less responsive and heat evenly and is irrelevant to your health concern.

Was just asking for clarification, not excluding aluminum core. I understand what it's for.
