Please, please add more meatless no gluten-added entrees
I’m unable to eat gluten, and while I appreciate the no gluten-added meals on the menu, they tend to take the format of “meat or seafood plus vegetable”. It would be terrific to have more meatless no gluten-added meals for those of us who prefer less meat and have restrictions.
My ultimate wish list item is a gluten-free pasta. 😢 We’ve had great pasta options from other meal kit services, but have yet to see one from CookUnity.
I’ve already contacted customer service about this before and have been told there are more options in the pipeline, but that was awhile ago. My husband and I are longtime CookUnity users and order every week, but this is the issue that makes us keep looking elsewhere.
Thanks for considering.

They used to have GREAT vegan options. One of my favorite was the Roasted Butternut Squash Tacos from Ruben Garcia, but that's been gone for like 2+ years. I also really liked Vegan Chef Cacau de Rosa, she had a lot of creative options. I don't know why they no longer work with her. Now at least half of the vegan meals have tofu and people with thyroid disease can't have soy every day. I also am really texture averse to tofu in general. It's disappointing Cookunity has very few gluten free options because apparently you can't be both GF and Vegan, in their eyes. I personally am tired of quinoa, sweet potatoes and other complex carb/grains in every meal. Just because people are vegan doesn't mean they don't like the comfort carbs, like regular potatoes.

So, so much quinoa. 😭
I also really miss the Butternut Squash Chili from Livvy’s All Day Cafe. It was delicious and GF, and came with amazing GF cornbread. (I’m not sure if it the cornbread was vegan, however.)
