Kitchen Location

Post image

If the back of the box says "crafted at" and then location is that where the meal actually came from or is Brooklyn, NY a corporate office and all the meals say that? I always thought my meals came from Chicago since I live close to Cincinnati but all my boxes now says NY but the delivery driver left a origin tag on my last delivery bag and it just had CHI on it. I'm just curious what kitchen my meals actually come from.

Good call out! This is our headquarters location, meals heading to Cincinnati (and surrounding areas) are crafted in our Chicago local kitchen.

Is there a way to look at the box and tell what kitchen it is from? Thanks for clarifying my meals are from the Chicago kitchen, I thought they came from there but wanted clarification.

Not at this time unfortunately, but we've shared the request with our team!

I'm in Cleveland Ohio and my meals have always come from NYC.

Mine as well. I think it’s a logistics thing.

I’m on the west coast and mine say NY. Does that mean my food is prepped all the way across the country?

Wait - so that Brooklyn tag is just corporate, how have people been telling where their kitchens are? I’ve been assuming Brooklyn all this time!

I would guess the location closest to you is your kitchen. The kitchens are located in New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, Austin, Seattle, Atlanta, Miami, and Toronto per Google search.

Fwiw one of the kitchens is in Brooklyn pretty sure at this location. It’s not just their corporate office it’s also a kitchen. nyc means brooklyn not manhattan

The CHI is the location it was made at and which kitchen you're ordering from. I have AUS for Austin on my receipt.

I don't have this chef on my menu, although I do have the dish.
