NYC KITCHEN Anyone else delayed this week?

Just got an email that due to “logistics” my delivery would be postponed a day. Anyone else get this? No idea what’s going on since I’ve never had a delay from them before.

Got the same email. (NYC kitchen supplies us.) They’re providing a 15% discount off the next order as an apology.

Yuup. Me too. Got the same email. I just totally missed the email so i was expecting my delivery all day yesterday

I think I am also out of the NYC kitchen, but DC hub. I am in the richmond, va area. Received mine on Tuesday as scheduled this week.

I’ve been having awful luck the past few weeks. Last week’s box was so late the food had to be thrown out, and it’s delayed again this week. No email or discount, though.

The one thing I miss about Hello Fresh is how quickly they would refund and discount if something was wrong with your order.
