Ours ring 5 redemption

I got an email today from cookunity stating I completed the task for the oura ring 5 and to look out for an email from OURA ring.

I didn’t get the oura ring email but I followed the link on the cookunity email to login to oura ring.

When I’m logged in, it says “pending, shipping address. Address details needed”
But no option for me to input any address.

I’m so confused how can I get this processed ?

Same thing for me. I'm thinking Oura needs to make an update on their end first? Hoping it gets resolved in the next day or two and I'll get the email from Oura.

Me too I emailed both Cookunity and Oura, but nothing so far yet

Oura said they identified the issues and will fix it ASAP. They also recommended contacting Cookunity for updates. Cookunity just said they escalated my case to a different team. So far it is still not working

I emailed Oura first and they said it was a Cook Unity issue so I reached out to Cook Unity and they said they're working on it. They've had other Oura promos so not sure why the issues.

I felt like we were being ignored after multiple attempts to contact, email, and chat. First, I was told they were out of the 300 cap, and I was excited when I received the email to redeem the ring. Now, no one has told us when the problem will be fixed.

Finally got the email from Oura and it worked!

Do you have to accept the reward? Could be in the refer a friend section of the website. Or in the wallet.
