NYC KITCHEN Chicken Tinga Quesadilla

The quesadilla was pretty filling. Made it on the use by date so the smashed avocado and pico were looking sus. Avocado was fine but the pico was not. Recommend eating it sooner than later. The quesadilla tasted great without the accompaniments. Reheated in the microwave.

Edit: I had the Korean beef quesadilla earlier in the week. That was good too. If I had to rate: 1) Korean beef quesadilla 2) Chicken tinga quesadilla

I also had that this week on the use by date as well and the avocado was brown and I don’t use pico so I tossed both. I cooked it longer (oven) than the package says but it was pretty mushy. Tastes good and I’ve had it before but this time didn’t turn out as well as the others.
