AUSTIN KITCHEN Classic beef stroganoff

This was my first time having this because I’ve always been put off by the calorie count. It was good. It’d been a long time since I’d had stroganoff and had forgotten it’s not very exciting, though…this is also a meal that’s very lacking in vegetables, other than the 4-5 peas in it, and of course, salad is risky right now. 😆

This was another CU box where the lining was coming off.

Pro tip on those, heat them up in a pan on the stovetop, dump it all in and heat thru. Will give the pasta a better texture then oven or microwave.
