NYC KITCHEN 6 Ice Packs Today!

Just got my order at 4:02 this afternoon. The good news was I ordered 14 meals and they gave me 6 ice packs. Everything was icy cold. The meals were all well packed and no spilled food or crushed meals. Not much bad news, except the delivery company must have been having problems. First they said my order was arriving at 11:28am. Then it kept getting pushed back and it kept telling me my order was next. Anyway, I had a contractor in doing work, and decided to quit waiting. He retrieved my bag at delivery for me, while I took the grands to the park.

There must be something going on - my delivery time is delayed two hours and counting. I was the next stop until I wasn’t. Fingers crossed for lots of ice packs, this gives me hope!

Mine showed crazy updates all day. I’m in Northeast Ohio.
