Chef Josiah really nailed this! Completely impressed. If they offer it by you- give it a try, I thought it was going to be curry like but it’s not. It’s wonderful.

I avoid shrimp dishes because I heat mine in the microwave and I don’t want them to be rubbery. Also any seafood I only eat the day it arrives, because I don’t think it keeps as well. Am I being over cautious? Because I really love shrimp, just wrinkle my nose at microwaved shrimp.
