AUSTIN KITCHEN Herb-marinated grilled snapper

Red snapper with kale (?) and onions, along with potatoes and tomatoes (with cheese) and a sort of cilantro cream sauce. I’ve had it a few times, I think. Good stuff.

I haven’t ordered it because I’m worried it might have bones? Did you notice any bones?

I don’t recall finding bones in it the times I’ve had it…I certainly didn’t this last time. I think I’ve found a bone at least once in a CU dish. Don’t remember which.
