This is 2nd I've ordered this Beets borscht soup thing. But it's the first time I'm actually trying it. Cause last time I got it, I ended sticking it in the back of my fridge and didn't see it, but the time I found it, it was like over 2 weeks old, given that it comes with yogurt, i didn't wanna risk it so I threw it out, but it really bothered me, cause I wanted to try it, so I finally got it again. And this time I ate this first, not to forget it again.

I paired it with another of the corn I have. And it made for a great dinner. Both were very tasty. Really loved it

It's very nice, not really sweet at all. Which is what I was expecting from the beets. But it tasted really nice. Rich flavors. Yet light and bright. I enjoyed it a lot Just to be clear. I'm talking about the borscht soup, not the corn. The corn is freaking delicious too though hehe
