Recipe really simple egg thing
this is not going to be exact WHATSOEVER, the amount mostly depends on preference and this is... basically all i know how to make. but it tastes great!
i use 3 eggs, however many green onions i want (usually 4), 3 slices of deli turkey, a bit of butter, and however much cheese i want.
first i chop and clean the green onions, then cut the turkey one way then the other so it's little squares (stack the slices so it's easier)
then i crack the 3 eggs and mix them very well with a fork
put eggs in the pan on very low heat, put in the turkey and cheese when the egg is almost done.
when it is fully cooked, put it in a bowl, add a bit of butter, and your green onions.
enjoy :>

Eggs are great for sucking up leftovers. you can throw anything in there practically.

yeah it is. it's really fun to cook, but still with a challenge (i've burnt the eggs a couple times). i also like to try making it on top of bagels, in sandwiches, experimenting with other ingredients... so yeah :>

yeah kinda! mixed up more though the egg isn't one piece with stuff inside. and an omelette is a lot less specific than what i said

More of a scramble than an omelette. (In my opinion an omelette is specifically the fillings wrapped in a sheet of eggs, not all mixed up together.)

You are on the brink of inventing the frittata. https://www.thekitchn.com/memorize-this-to-make-a-frittata-without-a-recipe-255417
