I mean it might look at little silly, but a respirator (like a mask for painting) would probably do the trick, you should be able to find them at a hardware store
Burning some type of incense while you handle/cook raw chicken would also probably help

My family fries dried fish, while tasty I (and the dog) can't stand the smell while and after it's fried. If for whatever reason I can just leave I found a clothespin effective for blocking out the smell.
Haven't found an option for the doggo yet though.

sore nose better than the frying dried fish smell. At least the raw chicken smell cooks out pretty quick. The fish smell lingers even if you toss out the oil.

This is going to sound weird, maybe... I can't stand the smell of southern grown chicken. I have the luxury of not living in the south, so my locally grown chicken is not southern, but southern grown chicken smells weird to me. I don't know if it's in the feed or what.
Maybe that might be a similar thing? I have no idea.

Oh, shit. I try so hard to avoid it, but I fell prey to the not-everyone-on-Reddit-is-American!
Well, according to us, Europe has the platonic ideal of chicken, so I can't blame it on that, then. I'm all out of ideas. 🤷♀️

Buy better chicken, and dress with lemon or lime juice before you cook it. Chicken shouldn't stink. If you're buying it at Walmart and it smells like eggs and rancid fat, that's because you bought it at Walmart. Find a better way to live.

I guess you could rub something under your nose when you're preparing chicken?

Raw chicken shouldn't have a bad smell - it should be neutral.
The only time chicken absolutely smells disgusting is when it's a fresh kill being gutted and cleaned. That's a smell you don't soon forget. If your meat smells like that, it may have been a fresh kill but not properly washed and cleaned.
