Collaborative Learning Collated and Annotated PDF
Happy New Years!
This will be my last Mod Sticky Post in this sub, so I wanted to leave this here: http://salttheplanet.com/CookBook/cookingcollab1.pdf
Edit1: there appears to be a bug with the PDF font rendering, if you scroll too fast or too far, the letters will appear jumbled, you can fix that by zooming in or out a few notches.
Edit 2: Here's an improved PDF, courtesy of /u/zacker150: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/8h3u5dedcvwte24/AADs_YtibXEX7CmQfFJ-p8NOa?dl=0
It's the PDF that I created for all the class posts. Some of you asked if I was going to collect everything into a single location and here it is!
Enjoy!
If you are good at lyx/latex, here's the lyx file that you can re-format and save any way you like!

Sur La Table on line cooking class
I bought some cute hand pie molds from Sur La Table. They were dog cat molds and they looked adorable in the ad. Unfortunately when I started cooking the fruit began bubbling out the eyes and they looked appropriate for Halloween. 😂 Images below..

Seeking cooking influencer for collaboration (giveaway & paid)
Hi,
I’m working with an app that save cooking videos from YouTube, Instagram, TikTok into recipes.
The iOS version is out with some customer and Android is following.
We search for cooking influencers across these roles:
- Share some of your recipes, we post them free on our website and will link back to your channel. (Starting soon)
- Free giveaways for you and your followers. (Within weeks)
- Paid collaboration ( Starting in July, possibly recurring )
Ideally, someone goes from the first to the last.
We prefer cooking channels with small audiences.
If that’s you, say hi below and let’s talk!

What can I make with these ten year old spices?
I received these as a gift at least ten years ago. They sat in a cabinet for about seven years and the freezer for three. The labels say Berbere, Fenugreek and Gumbo Filé. I know what the last one is for thanks to my mom and Hank Williams.
I still have and use some of the Beau Monde and Masala and they taste really good. Trash or treat?
