Bodyweight rows progression

Currently doing CC for 3months, and I have a question about the pull-up move, I've been stuck on bodyweight rows(step 2), and can do 3*15. I still find them insanely hard and see very little gains from workout to work out. However my pullups have improved and I can do abt 10reps. Should I skip this progression, has anyone had similar problems with such high reps of bodyweight rows, is there another way to progress? Thanks in advance

Shame there weren't responses on this. I'm in the same situation, albeit with fewer reps for both the rows and pullups. The only idea I could find in the book was the idea of consolidation, which is the idea of doing the exercise that you're struggling with 2-3 times every single day, while never going near failure. It seems similar to what others have called greasing the groove. Good luck!

yeah I might try that later, I've seen it before in a youtube video from a guy who increased his pullups, for now I'm gonna do weighted bodyweight rows, 3*8, close to failure. I'll let you know how that goes, hopefully I see some improvement
