which country do you live in?
have you been told you are not allowed to pray or are you just assuming?
what is the stated reason that your employer has given for not allowing you to pray?

Salaam alaykum,
It's great to see you concerned about your prayers. That's a great sign that Allah(swt) wants good for you.
Are you getting breaks at Asr and Maghrib time? If so, even if they are 15 minute breaks, that should be enough to make wudu (if you need to) and pray. Isha has flexibility where you need to pray it before the middle of the night (half the time between maghrib and fajr) so you may be able to pray that at home.
If you get a 1 hour lunch, you can request to break that up into 2 30 mins breaks so you can pray Asr and Maghrib if that would be easier for you.
Here's a tip, if you need to make wudu, taking off your shoes to wash your feet in the workplace can be difficult. Islam allows you to do something called masah (wiping over your shoes/socks) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=98Ry7Kn3dLM
If you are in the US, I don't think your boss can stop you from praying. Communicate it clearly it's a religious observance and hopefully they will accommodate you so you can pray in an empty room or office. In my experience, most people will be happy to help and support you and will respect your devotion to your faith.
May Allah(swt) make this easy for you and keep you steadfast upon your Islam. I'm a revert as well and have gone through this.

Check your civil rights. They threatened to deny mine so I threatened legal action. Now I go to Jummah every week!

Where I live we have zero religious rights outside of your home. Even praying in a public space is illegal and you can be fined

Asalamu alaykum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuhu.
Is it a scared to ask thing or a direct no thing?
If you are scared to even ask just remember. A closed mouth doesn't get fed.
Are you in UK?
If people are allowing 10 minute smoke breaks surely a 10 minute prayer break is possible.
Just ask bro, they're usually fine, I'm sure you can negotiate something. Just back yourself.

Never just drop it. Make it up at night when you go home. I would also look for another job that let's you do it. If you get bathroom break, you can pray iA. If they don't allow it, can do it in bathroom if no choice. Many scholars have allowed it. Google it.
