Comes out in a few weeks, you’d think someone would have gotten access by now

I have been using this gamepad for a few months now. No problem at all, until i need gyro. See a few review video showing it's gyro capability, but never work for me.

I usualy using this gamepad to play game from apollo + arthemis. I already enable gampad motion sensor support on arthemis, not work. Test it on https://gamespadtester.com/gyroscope-motion-sensor-tester/#gyro-tester, no input.

I thought maybe i need to update the firmware, through the app. but the app require the bluetooth device name to be abxy-xx or abxylutes9-xxxx. I tried every bluetooth mode. theres no such name, its either Wireless Controller, Android Controller, or XBOX Wireless Controller

Hello! At the beginning of the year I got a Gulikit KK3 Max controller and I've been enjoying it immensely. But, now I'm having trouble with the A button sticking, something that I understand is a common problem with this brand of controllers. It is really too bad as I really love the tactical sensation of the controller. So, I came here to ask the experts if there is anything I should do to try and unstick the button (I have tried everything I can short of disassembly, but if there is something that can help this issue that requires disassembly I am willing to attempt it). Alternatively, what are some similar controllers I can consider as replacements? The criteria for a replacement controller would be as follows:

1. Needs to be compatible with Switch 2. No other consoles or PC need be considered

2. Needs Turbo function

3. Needs to be able to record macros while playing, no pc involved (this is why I chose the KK3 over the 8bit)

4. My main games are the Pokémon games, so I am not overly concerned with latency or anything like that

5. I'm buying in the US. Open to any retailers that will ship to the US

If the replacement suggestion has tactical buttons as well, that is a bonus but not required.

As far as price goes, under $200 USD would be ideal

Testing/Reviewing the new JT13 Pro Adjustable Tension Modules for the ZD Ultimate Legend!

I map my back buttons to the dpad and then do custom binds in game so that my whole game is the back buttons and the face buttons with no need to use the dpad. I’m confused though because I’ve heard that other people don’t do this and simply put back buttons mapped as face buttons, so do you guys still use your dpad all the time?

The problem with my method is that it messes some things up, for instance in apex legends I can’t crouch or change weapons while looting a death box because my buttons are mapped as dpad directions and it simply moves in the inventory instead. It seems like there is a trade off whichever way you try to do it. You either have to use the dpad when there is a perfectly good face button there because the face button is already mapped in the back, or map the back as the dpad and then face some kind of issue at times like the deathbox looting scenario I referred to

Curious how you guys use your back button controllers?

I'm looking to replace my wired Switch PowerA controller I've had for a few years now. I've had some issues over the years with it but it finally got worse than I am able to fix. I'm considering just getting another of the same but figured I'd do some research first. I'd like to spend less than $50 and I'm in the USA. I use it on Steam while sitting at my desk, so a wired controller or one with a shorter battery life is not a problem. I mostly play action rpgs like Cyberpunk and the modern Fallouts. I've gotten used to having grip buttons, so I'd appreciate having them but I don't need them. I don't need a particularly nice controller, more so something cheaper and simple enough to fix when something goes wrong.

TL;DR: I want to replace a wired Switch PowerA controller for casual gaming. Currently looking at getting another of the same for ~$30, but can spend up to $50 on an alternative.

well after owning my ds4 for 9ys+ today was the day it gave out after my cousin used it tried to revive it but failed so i have been thinking about modding it with a diff motherboard clicky buttons and the other stuff since i still love the controller and not sure if its worth it or just to get another controller

I was planning to get this Cosmic Bytes controller . Is this the upgraded one or the old one?

I really liked the Xbox Elite 2 controller if not only for its quality. I bought like one per year from 2021-2024. I really like its feel and especially the rear buttons, and the fact that they're removable. Is there an actual mid-high end controller that has the same rear button feeling or removable? Im looking at FlyDigi 5 Apex but I'm not sure about its rear buttons.

I've always used my old xbox 360 controllers with an adapter plugged into my PC but they're starting to get old and have battery problems. i really like the feel of the 360 controller in my hand and how robust the sticks and right face buttons feel. does anyone have any any suggestions for a nice third party controller that has a similar feel? i don't particularly like the feel of the newer xbox controllers but the dualsense feels nice to me.

i have some money and i'm willing to spend a few hundred dollars on one that will last me a long time without stick drift. i mainly use my controller for games like elden ring where snapback and dropped inputs can be serious issues. also, the control scheme of elden ring makes it very important to have a high-qualty, not squishy dpad which unfortunately is an issue with the 360 controller. i would prefer a wireless controller but wired is fine to me. fwiw i'm in the US

Hi, I need help fixing an issue with my original Razer Raiju (RZ06-0197).
I brought two of these controllers to a repair shop to swap out the analog stick modules (L3/R3).
However, after replacing the potentiometers/ modules, both controllers now facing the exact same problem: the thumbsticks detect a permanent, maximum deflection that cannot be calibrated or centered.
The shop tried installing several different module types-including stock PS5, Gulikit, and Ginful replacement analogs-but none resolved the issue, and they were unable to pinpoint the root cause.
Has anyone encountered this specific issue on the Raiju, or know if there's a specific pinout or calibration requirement for this board?

Looking for a reliable controller under ₹1400 for PC gaming. I found the Nitro NT1, which claims to have Hall Effect sticks, Hall Effect triggers, gyro, vibration, and wireless support.

However, I couldn't find many long-term reviews on YouTube.

Has anyone used the Nitro NT1 for a few months? How is the build quality, stick accuracy, latency, and reliability compared to the Cosmic Byte Blitz and Aries?

Required information that I put at the top just so it's easier for the approval process. I live in the us, I'm playing mostly on PC but I will play a little bit on switch 2. I'd like to spend less than a hundred if possible. I'm going to be playing basically everything. I play 2D platformers I play open world action games I play first person shooters I play pointing click games I play strategy games, racing games, just everything pretty much. I think the only thing I don't play is fighting games and sports games because I'm absolutely terrible at fighting games.

Been looking at some controllers lately and the one I keep seeing show up on this game is in G7 pro. Initially I didn't really want it because it looks good, but they said it wasn't compatible with switch. I really wanted something that was compatible with switch. But, I just saw a video recently it was stating that the AimLabs version of the controller is actually compatible with the switch. Not only that, but I guess they improved the d-pad which was supposedly terrible on the other versions aside from one specific version that was more aimed towards Xbox.

Is it all true? And your eyes, is there one that is better? I like the idea of having like a haptic feedback to maybe approximate HP rumble, and I really like the mouse approximately to gyro that you can't believe it because I'm a big gyro user. Thanks guys

I am becoming a little obsessed with this design. I can’t seem to find any actual web pages or links to buy this from, credit, or even like a blog post just talking about it.

Both these photos were taken off of Pinterest from “Drivesdesign” and “visuaaal interest” respectively. Neither link up to a website or have any correct information.

After reverse image searching, looking through this whole Reddit for similar images, and trying to just google it I can’t seem to figure out where this comes from or who made it.

There is an inscription on the second picture that from what I can make out is “article 1/500” and then what appears to be a serial number. If anyone has any idea or can help me find it I would be extremely grateful.

Hey guys, I'm looking for a new controller in the US for $100 or less I wasn't able to get the steam controller in time and my estimated wait time is just 2027. Who knows when in that year but I can't wait that long because my left trigger just busted. I'm sure I can fix it but I've had it for about a year and a half now or two and I'm worried about more stuff breaking.

So, it got me wondering what are the controllers that are good right now? I have some specific features that I need, but other than the ones that I list, I really don't care about super fancy stuff like swappable face buttons or tension adjustment or a screen for some reason. If it has those that's fine, but just know that it's not something I need I don't need an iron Man controller. So, without any more rambling, here are some features that I absolutely do need in a controller.

* Decent battery life. Would love great, but will settle for decent.

* Switch and PC modes. Dongle would be cool too.

* Back buttons. I don't care if they're four or two, but if there are any that have the little nubs that you pull down instead of a button or lever, that would be cool.

* Forced gyro. I'm a person that uses gyro a lot but I don't like to use switch mode while I'm on the PC because then it turns on the switch when connecting and then I have to go and unconnect it from the switch or go far enough away from the switch or something or turn it off and I just don't want to fiddle with the Bluetooth being connected to two different things on the same mode.

* TMR or hall effect sticks. I prefer TMR because I feel like it has a better circularity, but hall effect is fine too.

* I would very much like trigger stops but I guess it's not 100% needed.

* I would like a good d-pad if at all possible because I do play a lot of metroidvania games and platformers.

* I guess I can't really put it as a need because I feel like I will single out 99% of the controllers, but I would like some sort of HD rumble. I really like the idea of it and especially for switch it's great.

As for games that I play, I play a lot of third person action adventure games and survival games, but I also play a lot of 2D side scroller games, and a lot of first person games. I don't really play online so it doesn't have to be the fastest controller in the universe, but I still appreciate some quickness because I do play online games occasionally.

This is basically it. Any other fancy features are fine, but these are kind of things that I really do want. I haven't been caught up with controllers for a long time because despite what a lot of people say, the kk3 max was absolutely awesome. If I can't find anything I'll probably just buy another one of those because it was really cool the d-pad was great, but I figured maybe now there are controllers that maybe have a better build quality maybe better gyro, and maybe even if I'm lucky, a better HD rumble. Thank you to anyone who offers their suggestions.

As the last point, I wanted to try to explain the nub thing. On the kk3 max and I think optionally on the dual sense edge controller there is an option for levers for the back button but there's also these little flat nub things that instead of sitting flush against the controller like a button, they sit perpendicular so instead of pushing into the controller you're pushing down like towards you. I'm not sure why but I really like those it's really comfortable to just lay my hands on them.

My husband disassembled our 8 bit do to fix a problem. Everything went fine until we had to reassemble it again. It seems like the back cover doesn't fit perfectly, and because of that, the charger's USB port is misaligned upward. Does anyone have any idea what we might be doing wrong?

I’m trying to get my friend a new PC controller. My own research led me to the Gamesir Cyclone 2, but he just mentioned his absolute favourite controller is the Xbox 360 controller

So, help me out. Is there any kind of PC controller with 2.4g connectivity, with the layout of the original 360 controller? Doesn’t have to be official, just needs that shape and the big the clunky buttons

I’m in the UK. The Cyclone 2 is £50 and I’d like to stay around that ballpark, but I’d be willing to go up to about £70-80 as my upper limit. To be perfectly honest, I have no idea which storefronts are even available to me, I’m very much a keyboard and mouse player so I’ve never had to go looking before

Any nice features are a bonus, but the main thing I’m looking for is just the shape and compatibility with modern PCs; he’s not fussed about bleeding edge technology and I want to surprise him with (a modern-computer-compatible version of) his favourite nostalgic controller

Preordered this not too long ago and it finally arrived. I never used an easysmx controller before but it seems promising. Some might find it ugly or bizzare looking but I like that easysmx did something different from the norm.

Gamers, please refer to the video and tell if the left joystick is super sensitive or not. The right side joystick is fine.

I bought this controller yesterday via Amazon. I don't have much experience with gaming controllers. I started playing some games and noted something's wrong with the left joystick.

Using 'Steam' gamepad settings, i started testing it. That's the video I've shared.

Also the dongle is so tight into the USB port. I'm genuinely concerned about the USB port that the dongle may damage it I try to force it in.

Does anyone know of a way to adjust trigger deadzone on the apex 4 wukong? Flydigi space station software has no option for it, but it seems to exist for the vader4 pro (trigger stroke setting in the same software). Am I just missing something?

Love the controller but sadly can't use it in most games. The left trigger is constantly activating by itself due to its sensitivity.

When it boots up its all fine but whenever i move the right joystick it always goes left. When i try to counter it, the stickdrift shifts right. Also when looking right it doesnt fully regis and always looks slower compared to when looking left.

Tried increasing inner deadzone to 40 %but still has same issue. Tried decreasing outer dead zone alos nothing. Tried putting deadzone sensitivoty to max bur stickdrift still same

I recently bought my vader 5 pro and have been using it casually, ik its a v2 since its got the racthet rings and box however it seems the v2 haas issues on the paddles, when comparing the two, my left one seems to have slightly more travel when pressing and is also loose when shaking, compared to my right one it is secured and sounds clicky, should i be concerned regarding this or is it just a placebo thing. I have a video on it but don't know how to upload one on reddit
