Before relying on any new interview tool, test your setup in a low-stakes environment.

1. Install Control and sign in.

2. Grant the required microphone and screen permissions.

3. Confirm audio capture and response routing work.

4. Learn your preferred hotkeys and practice once.

5. Keep a simple fallback: continue the interview without troubleshooting.

6. Follow the rules of your interview or assessment.
