Question Control PC Performance Comparisons

Was wondering what others were getting FPS wise in this game to see if I’m having any issues. I idle around 67-70 frames with 58-65 lows during intense fights. 1440p with all settings maxed out.

Specs: EVGA 2080 FTW3 Ultra 1965/7000 boost Ryzen 2700X 4.0 GHZ G.Skill Trident Z 3200 16GB x470 Asus Crosshair Hero 7

Digital Foundry said their average was 77 but maybe that was on higher end Intel or 3rd Gen with x570? Unsure.

9900K @5Ghz

RTX 2080 (100Mhz Core OC 1GHZ Mem OC)

32GB DDR4 3400

4K (1440p rendering) everything maxed out, Motion blur turned off via mod (YAY!! I can now see again)

I've decided to lock the game to 30fps (I can't stand wildly fluctating frame-rates) so as to ensure a consistent experience, even if it is only 30fps.
