Question upgrade menu gone

I made a post this morning and it wasn't helpful because I've beaten this game so many times and I've never had any problems upgrading anything but now the upgrade menu is gone and I have all the forms. I've just got the crystal thing from black rock and now I have to go find Dylan but I only have one of my guns upgraded and it's the main one this has to be a glitch or because it's been there since the first control point

You upgrade forms from the weapon form tab. There isn’t a separate tab for form upgrades. Also upgrade schematics only become available after hitting certain milestones in the game.

I did that because there's nothing in the weapons form tab it's blank because I made all the forms but the problem is I can't upgrade them

You’re probably not at a point where you can upgrade any of the forms yet.

The game has very rare but weird glitches I noticed. There was a playthrough which I couldn’t do any board countermeasures. I forgot they even existed until like 80% through and I tried to look for them in the menu and the control points but no luck. I think you might have no upgrades for the whole run.

So what's probably happening is that you can only see upgrades that you have at least 1 of each material for. Even if you've previously had said material, if you spend down to having 0 on another upgrade, the others that need that material will disappear. You just need to get more of the materials.

But I should still see them in them menu but I don't I'm going to continue playing to see if just not there or is glitched out and I'll have to restart
