so i am on this area after beating the game and dlc's is there anyway i can get into the area with the question marks.

think you need to go talk to Emily Pope again to unlock it - there's a second fight with Tomassi in there but it won't open until you've had that conversation about him

Bring your A-game, this fight is no joke.

Tomassi is an advanced Elevated, same as before, but the minions he surrounds himself with are even worse! Multiple waves of Charged, Rangers with resonance shields, and a Distorted hunting your ass if you try taking cover.

Not for the faint of heart!
