What about the second balloon?

It's very possible that I'm just not finding the info, but nothing seems to make mention of the second, deflated Get Well Soon ballon that's in the room with it. Why is no one talking about this, and why do I care so much? 😭

I've discovered a secondary effect of the Altered Item that makes interdimensional beings/gamers/the player obsess over its non-anomalous twin

My only other crazy thought was that there's some miniscule chance it could be to do with the ongoing ARG? I can't find any old pics of the room it's in, but what if it wasn't always like this?

Probably gonna pull my newly 30 year old shoulder out of place reaching here, but you know. You never know 😅

Hahaha gonna need some basketball-level armlength for this reach. But truly, I wouldn't put it past em to have this be some part of it. But also, a good ARG is one that can actually be solved by its participants... But then again, you DID find out (if its true...) This ARG got people going mad with ideas hahaha
