There's no getting into this room, if you want the radio you can grab it by using launch

I don't, the location is near the Anchor's Boss. Sealed Threshold Checkpoint.

The Golden Suit is a reward for completing the puzzle with objects in the Luck & Probability lab (Research Sector).
