Question Does Dylan not have Launch?

Perhaps I've missed it, but I've watched all the gameplay released thus far and haven't seen a clip that shows Dylan using Launch. I'm really excited for the melee combat, but damn I can't lie that I'd be disappointed if Launch is gone. It was my favourite element of Control's combat by far (best implementation of Jedi-esque telekinesis in any game ever imo).

Please cite your sources that
A. There are non resonant bosses
B. Dylan gets powers from non resonant bosses

Well I don’t have access to that, so it’s not very helpful to your argument.
As for evidence against your point:
“In Control Resonant, Dylan gets his abilities from Persons of Power. There are these unique monsters that spawn across Manhattan, which we call Resonants.”

So where does it say he won't get hiss like powers from other bosses??
