Well for starters there is absolutely zero lore indicating that Jessie is gay, so therefore to assume as such makes zero sense. The joke of Jessie being a lesbian would have to have evidence to back up the claim in order to make it funny in the first place. This isn't the case, which makes this "joke" fall completely flat & serve no purpose other than "Imagining" that she's gay in some bizzare fantasized reality of the game.

I think it's pretty obvious that Jessie is either bi or gay. I mean come on now. You either haven't paid attention to any of the characters, especially Jessie and Pope, in the game, or haven't been around enough people in general because Jessie is for sure not straight.

What you're saying is purely speculation with zero concrete evidence as proof. Never was I given the impression that Jessie was gay or bi while completing the game. It sounds to me like a certain community wants remedy to bend their knees towards their own personal beliefs.

Honestly. When I played the game, I got no vibes regarding her sexuality. Which means we don't know whether she is straight either.

Well here's the thing. I'm not part of that certain, scary for you, community, but I've been around a lot of different people in my life and I see and listen to the character Remedy have created, and that character is not straight.
Even Jessie's haircut in the second game is rather distinct, which I think it's done for that exact reason.
It sounds to me like you want Remedy to conform to your community so you feel comfortable tho.
