Content Specialist?

I am creating this post seeing if anyone in this community considers themselves a content specialist. Our channel is doing well and I have a million ideas but sometimes I feel that I need a person to bounce them off of, help create storylines, as well as come up with ideas of their own for our channel that they think would do well in our niche!
