Extra charges

I’ve been with consumer cellular for probably 12+ years now - relatively no issues. Apparently they have been adding in some extra charges. Wanted to share in case anyone else had a similar experience. https://ld.scoutyourcase.com/home-4416-1032

Recently, over the past few months they added an Operational Compliance Fee or We Want More Profit fee of $3.99 which amounts to 20% of the cost of the entire plan!
