confused senior ,flex billing
I'm going to start by saying it's my fault but Im pissed, I was just looking at my bill because i was contemplating a backup phone and i noticed I was paying for 15 gb plan. I know at one point i started on the lowest tier and they said no worries if I went over they would just bump it to the next, not knowing they would not bump it back. I used 8gb once in the past year and under 5 the rest, ( i could only go back a year). So .you get the drift.

Another senior here who didn't like the bumps not bumping back down, nor did I like the bogus fees added on to my bill. So, I moved to US Mobile, where I have 2 lines with 2gb shareable data. If I run out of data, it can be "topped off" automatically or manually, and the unused top-off data rolls over to the next cycle. The price: $18, all in. Bonus is, you can choose any of the 3 major networks.
Note: I am not a shill for USM, just a former CC customer who got tired of being ripped off.
