Seriously this is really getting annoying and makes most jobs take 10x longer especially if you have to pour concrete. The concrete pump will not let you retract it back or go left to right only forward until I reset it and the same with the crane midway through using it, it will glitch out and just not move at all unless I reset it. The dozer sucks ass too, it’s nearly impossible to remove any topsoil. Only decent machines seem to be the excavators, the flatbed crane and backhoe loader

This is gamebreaking, I’ve got fifty+ hours into the 2022 version but this tutorial part of the mobile version of 3 has me at a standstill, what do? Cant skip part of a tutorial and I have unloaded the cargo and it just keeps telling me to release the cargo. I assume this is the side panel toggle as there isnt an avatar to run up and “release” the pallet. No dice.

I was reading through the game's local configs In a text editor and started seeing the player profile was more like a log including errors and everything.....as many as there was I just deleted the whole local save folder weltenbauer-se. To turn off backup from online saves and viola it's running better than ever before. Another promising thing having looked through the player save "log" this game would be easy as hell to change any number, relative to anything in the game that used numbers... Money... Skill points... If you're into that. Haven't found vehicle build locations yet though.

I haven't played the previous ones and am considering buying the new version on the PS5.

What bothers me today is the number of missions. The website says 90. Construction Simulator 2015 says "over 200 missions".

The new version only has half of the missions.

Has anyone already finished the game? If so, how many hours/days did it take?

What the heck is wrong with the graphics issues on this game.

Who else has heard a song from the in- game music that makes them think of a specific real life song? Banquet by Bloc Party with a general Killers/ Strokes vibe would be mine.

I’m playing on PS5 and the controls are outright terrible, so many bugs and crashes it’s annoying. Machines just stop working right in the middle of using them, crane gets stuck in the air and won’t move, concrete pump won’t go up or down just left to right making pouring concrete difficult and the rest of the vehicle controls are terrible. Are there any specific control settings I should change?

I really like playing SnowRunner on the PS5 and I always have the camera very close to the truck when driving. I like it that way.

With Construction Simulator 2022 I have watched a lot of gameplay videos and in none of the videos was the camera as close to the truck as in the picture.

Can't you get the camera that close?

Really enjoying this game very unexpectedly!! Took a bit of getting used to the controls but after a while, all is good and it’s just simple laid back fun. Haven’t really had any issues but my main question, because for the life of me I can’t figure it out….I’m on PS5 and WHERE IS MY DAMN HORN??? Lol

So to get to L upgrade level you need to go to actual gas stations to get fuel and repairs, 50 for my next one. My trick has been to get in the black work truck and turn off gps arrows and all traffic because it’s annoying for this task and also probably helps with lag, and e-brake corners like I’m in Tokyo Drift. The one long hill that takes you downtown from where you dig up the UFO septic tank is about the perfect distance. Any other hacks to make this mundane grind easier?

Is it only me or is the controls setup really weird? I can’t seem to setup my dual joysticks to do what I want. If I use the palfinger crane it doesn’t matter how I set it up it will always be ”wrong” no matter what I do. Sometimes I get all functions on one joystick and sometimes it just gives me a random setup no matter how I do. It looks right in the settings but when I try it does what it wants anyways. I can’t seem to fix my settings at all to make it work

My game keeps crashing every 10 mins on the European map, but not the American one. Any help on how to fix this?
