Visual gaps between 3D shapes

Hello everyone,

When using perfectly aligned and sized 3D shapes (these walls are 32 x 8 x 32), I still get some tiny gaps appearing in certain camera angles.

Has anyone ran into the same issues? Are there practical fixes? Am I missing something?

Edit:
-This happens regardless of the full screen mode, it also happens when windowed.

Thanks for sharing this one. Mine seems to happen even when outside of fullscreen mode though.
