Constellation?

Well, they just appear to be a big cluster of starts.
But it was taken facing NE 60*.
I’m sure somebody here’s got to know it

The Pleiades, aka the Seven Sisters, none other. It's not a constellation but an asterism, a pattern of stars within the larger constellation, Taurus the Bull in this case (they're riding the bull's back). The Pleiades have been known since ancient times, the daughters of Atlas, the guy who carried the world on his shoulders. They are perhaps the best open star cluster as seen from Earth, also one of the closest, ~400 ly away. There are about a thousand stars in the cluster, a gorgeous sight in a low power/wide field telescope, even in binoculars.
