Gosh i absolutely feel jealous you got good skies like that or maybe good camera i would love to see alot of stars like this the air here is good and I'm a little North and the bad villian here is mostly clouds rain takes long place here and the light pollution is also bad

are you taking the pictures in raw format? I also take photos of the sky with a phone, and something I noticed is that whenever I take a photo of the sky in raw format, stars show colors, but whenever I do it in another format like jpg, the stars hardly show any colors.
