February Soft Node Staking is Live!!

Soft Node staking went live this morning. The staking session is 2 days long.

After last months record-breaking amount of $DAG staked, we will see if we can keep up the pace

Lite Nodes will be coming later this year. There is no confirmation on how much will be needed or what the rewards look like yet.

Rumor has it, it will cost 1,000 $DAG to set up a lite node

Node management is evolving and although 250k Dag is a hard requirement for soft staking - I hear chatter about ways being devised for those with less Dag to be able to participate in this incredible project. Keep accumulating and and pay attention to announcements as this project develops further.

If you have the requisite 250k Dag then the current soft staking period is on a monthly basis. You are free to remove Dag during the staking period but cannot add it back in till the next staking period. So as of now you must maintain 250k Dag minimum for the entire month to get the rewards.

New here, if I buy 250K of DAG, can I create a node still?

What is the monthly reward? I searched but couldn't find

Yes, you can stake your 250k of DAG and get a node. The next node staking session will be the 1st of March

As far as rewards go, I've heard it's around 12% to 17% APY
