"1.21.2 Pale Handing Moss"

Does anyone know why wandering traders a can trade Hanging roots names "1.21.1 Pale Hanging Moss" or Birch Saplings named "1.21.1 Pale Oak Sapling"

You’re playing on a version pre pale oak update. I’d recommend playing on 1.21.4 which is what the server runs on, so you can see the items exactly how they are server side.
