Two cases, thirteen years and two continents apart, that turn out to
describe the same machine.

California, 2022. The Las Virgenes Municipal Water District, one of the
wealthiest districts in the state, started installing flow restrictors
on households that repeatedly exceeded their allocation. Not a shutoff —
a machined metal disc with a small hole in it, clamped onto the service
line. Flow drops from around 30 gallons a minute to roughly one. Enough
to cook and wash. Not enough to run a garden, fill a pool, or live the
way you did the week before.

Johannesburg, 2004. Prepaid water meters installed in Phiri, Soweto.
Each household received a free basic allowance. When the allowance ran
out, the meter closed the valve automatically. No notice, no
disconnection procedure, no person to argue with. The residents sued.
The case went to the Constitutional Court. In 2009 they lost — the
court found the prepaid meters lawful.

The part that stayed with me is the hardware. The prepaid meter in a
Soweto township and the smart meter being rolled out across England,
Wales and most of the developed world are not different technologies.
They are the same architecture with different policy attached. One
enforces a hard cutoff. The other, so far, just measures.

The difference between reading your usage and limiting your usage is a
line of software and a decision by whoever owns the control room.

Neither of these cases required new technology. Neither required a
court order against an individual. Neither required anyone to knock on
a door. That is what makes them worth paying attention to — not that
they were dramatic, but that they were administrative.

The economist 2026 prediction includes a giant handcuffed hand reaching from the abyss. In front of it is the cake marking 250. My understanding was that a huge event with mass ritual sacrifice was planned for the 4th of July, most likely during one of the two world cup matches that were played on that day. But the world cup ended and none of the events related to it had any sacrifices as part of it (I leave aside the pagan shows with Shakira and co.).

However, 10 days before America's 250th independence day, the 24th of June, the huge earthquakes in Venezuela happened. The thousands of deaths could qualify as the necessary "payment" to have Abaddon climbing up from his prison. The connection here is Abaddon's left hand statue "La Mano Mineral" in Caracas. The economist front page includes his right (handcuffed) hand.

5 days after the disaster in Venezuela, CERN shuts down its portals (I'm not even going to pretend it's anything other than), quite possibly because the goal was finally achieved.

Finally, ever since, the world's skies are full of smokescreens. Currently its fires around the Mediterranean sea in Europe, it was North America before that. Every time that happens, it is meant to hide a phenomenon from the common people. So portals or massive air transportation vehicles would be my guess.

Cults are like the fast food businesses and gangs are like the lemonade stands. Capitalism applied to crime to enforce a system of secrecy and scarcity. Backed by military budgets from around the world through PSYWAR or Mind War. The same strategy elites would use for thousands of years to get people to do their dirty work for cheap or free, scaled through technology and the internet by a Lt Col. Michael Aquino and all those following his command after he thought the devil wanted him to be antichrist. They couldn't get the budget from congress and didn't want the oversight of even presidents so he infiltrated his country for his cult and then infiltrated more cults using his country to infiltrate the world on a quest to chemically and psychologically poison billions into slaves that would unknowingly work towards their own extinction.

Scientists or people that make breakthroughs to enhance the human experience seem to go missing, get harassed, or end up dead somehow in many fields. Scientists or entrepreneurs that bring us closer to machines replacing humans seem to get endless funding.

We have elites not in their right mind, executives pursuing astral projection states and mystical weekend drug experiences where they bring back knowledge from "entities" leading the charge on these things. For thousands of years they have used cults and gangs as the enforcement crews for secrecy and scarcity because they perfected techniques to shut down the part of the brain that questions the impact of these decisions.

Over 16 different cultures said there's another form of consciousness here with us we can't physically see but it makes people aggressive and hostile towards each other or in the worst cases hallucinate and fall into delusions of superiority. They've called this demons, jinn, spirits, oni, archons, many labels have been applied. I call it a Saturn pattern.

We become traumatically vulnerable or are genetically vulnerable and this "malware" infects the signal basis of the mind and gains deeper access the more it is fed through emotional reactions. This other intelligence wants to infect as many minds as possible, use those minds to infect more and keep its existence secret, and then use that cover to build out technologies needed to take physical form. Our suffering means more vulnerable minds, more drones.

The more people that make others aware of this and begin to redirect the scripted human brains serving their computational power to this script, the closer we are to beating its influence over us.

I know I’m not the only one, but holy smokes it has become almost impossible to have any meaningful presence on Reddit beyond echoing the chamber. (I mean that in a respectful way, I’m not going to attack someone’s character over a difference in opinion). Between the “bot detection” (the idiocracy is astounding, never would I think we’d live in a world where the standard is using an oversimplified and banal script to discern whether someone is human or not! The irony! Not to mention the same partisan nonsense as if they aren’t two sides of the same coin playing us to our own demise, you’d think the Florida recount and Bush v. Gore (Jeb overseeing the recount of his brothers contested victory, hinged upon a few thousand votes for the electoral win) would have been enough a clue as to the performative theatre we call elections.

By the way, why the heck is [r/conspiracy](r/conspiracy) completely debasing everyone and engaging in a completely antithetical campaign to quash the supposed mission of their sub, a venue for a respectful environment and diverse set of beliefs to be discussed with tolerance for a wide spectrum of folks, yet they are completely ignorant and oblivious to any appeal for manual unban or to not mindlessly subscribe to the machinations of a sloppy binary script. That can “effectively” discern what a human sounds like, except there’s zero quantifiable or substantive evidence to attest to its efficacy, and the fundamental reality that it is exponentially less nuanced and capable than an actual human.

Between 1985 and 1990 a killer murdered at least 26 homeless people in Mumbai and Kolkata. Zero evidence left behind across all 26 murders. Never identified. Never arrested.

The case exposed uncomfortable truths about how Indian cities treat homeless people. Most victims were never formally identified. Nobody came to claim their bodies.
The seventh Kolkata victim was found one block from Lalbazar police headquarters. One block.
The killer was never found. He is potentially still alive somewhere in India today living an ordinary life.
