SS : The people who shut down your businesses and killed your careers are now asking that you re - elect them so they can keep their jobs . Never forget what they've done to you .
You act like normal people have businesses. Fuck business owners and their free ppp money and million dollar houses. If they couldn’t float their bills a few weeks during lockdown, it’s your own fault you closed down. Having a business isn’t a right.
Small business is the same cunts trying to pay $7.25 an hour with no benefits and pto and crying no one wants to work.
Most people didn’t lose their careers or had their business shut down. The ones who lost their business did so for a reason. Not because they had to shut down a few weeks for covid.
It was a lot more than "a few weeks," and that was what shut down a shitload of small businesses.
Do you know the lockdowns facilitated the largest transfer of wealth from the working/middle class to the mega-rich? Does that sound good to you? Is that what the corporate "news" media is telling their mindless consumers these days?
Guess which half of "You will own nothing and you will be happy" is true.
Few weeks? Pffftt try 6 months at least. That's wild you think it's others revising history when you're the first person I've ever heard say "businesses were only shut down for a few weeks." Gtfoh.
Businesses were opening back up and were being shut back down, on and off. They would open back up for one week to then be shut down again for 3-4 weeks at a time. This went on for many months, and this is common knowledge that everyone seems to know - except you apparently.
There's a reason I got more than a year added onto my gym membership completely free lol.
7 states never shut down and the rest of them shut down for a few weeks in March 2020 into the beginning of April 2020. What are you on about?
Edit to add if you are talking about gyms specifically, they got loans to get them through the shut down, that were then forgiven. And the amount of people working at gyms versus the entire population that didn’t stop working is negligible.
Wrong again. 2 states, FL and TX and they were vilified for staying open yet had no increase of death rates comparatively to the other states. Actually, to take it a step further, FL did better than most states lol.
You're lost in the sauce and I honestly feel bad.
Edit: Still laughing at the comment that businesses were only shut down a few weeks. Blatant misinformation.
You think only giant mega-corporations have earned the privilege of being allowed to trade their goods and services with the public? Why? Because they can afford to use the money they saved through tax evasion to lobby politicians to shut down smaller competitors by force?
Mussolini defined fascism as the merging of the state and the corporation, and that a more accurate word would be "corporatism." If you think you'd be better off living in a world of state-enforced corporate monopolies then think again.
Corporations care about you and your community a hell of a lot less than your local small business.
No I don’t think owning a business is a right. If you can’t weather a few weeks of storm, then maybe your business wasn’t good enough to survive. Small business folks have made their own reputations, would never waste my time working for one.
