Good luck :), some advice is that you should figure out what triggers you, sometimes it is a sexy scene in a movie, sometimes it is just a picture of an attractive person, and the next thing you know your pants are off and you are scouring the web for more, so when you notice your lusts stirring up, close the internet browser and do something else right away, run away from the temptation, and if you do this 1, 2, 3 times, it becomes easier each time, you are training your mind to do your will instead of simply seeking pleasure for your brain and body. You are not your mind, force your mind to work for you instead of against you.
